Habujo is a planner made and run by Julen Rodriguez Sanchez, based in Denmark. Using it means agreeing to what follows. It is short because the app is: there is nothing to buy, nothing shared with other people, and nothing about you that anybody else can see.
It is in beta
Habujo is free to use and invite-only while it is being built. Features change, some will be reworked, and a few will be removed. If a paid tier ever arrives, the intention is that everything you can do today stays in the free one; that is an intention rather than a promise, and this page will say plainly which it is before anything is charged for.
I may end the beta, change what an invitation gets you, or stop running the service. If the service is going to close, you will be told with enough notice to export everything, and the export works with no account and no connection.
What you write is yours
Your collections, entries and habits belong to you. No ownership of them is claimed, no licence to use them is taken, they are not read, and they are not used to train anything. What is done with them is described in the privacy policy, and it is close to nothing.
The code, the name and the design are mine, and using Habujo does not transfer any of that.
Your account
An account is optional; the app is fully usable without one. If you have one, keep the Google account behind it secure, since anyone who can sign in as you can read your planner. Tell me if you think someone else has reached it.
Don’t use Habujo to break the law, and don’t attack the service itself. No scraping, no trying to reach other people’s data, no deliberately overloading it. An account doing any of that can be closed, and I will tell you before rather than after unless the damage is ongoing.
No guarantees, within reason
Habujo is provided as it is. It is a young piece of software run by one person, and it is not sold as fit for any particular purpose or as free of faults. Practically, this means:
- It can be unavailable, and it can lose the connection while you are using it.
- A bug can lose or damage data, which is why export exists and why backups are worth taking.
- Calendar events shown in the day come from your calendar provider and are only as right as it is.
As far as the law allows, I am not liable for what follows from using the app, for lost data, or for anything you decided on the strength of what it showed you. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under Danish or EU law, and where those conflict with this page, they win.
Changes and law
These terms can change; the date at the top changes with them, and a change that materially affects you will be shown in the app rather than left here to be found. Danish law applies, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction.
